When a client says to you, this is the best they’ve ever felt - you can’t help but be proud to be part of that journey

🔸 Connor is the most consistent he’s ever been in a routine, in a job he enjoys and a relationship where he’s happy.
🔸 The glue that helps stick all those components together is Connor looking after his own body and mind

🔸 His eating and nutrition is now more structured than ever
🔸 Smashing his early 4am gym sessions
🔸 Despite working in a environment where there’s constant temptation with food, he’s opting for very high protein finds and focusing on getting protein in more than ever 🍗

🔸 Keeping general day to day activity high with lots of walking and steps in his job!!

Progress doesn’t have to be amazing, but for a client to say they’re the happiest they’ve ever been in a while - there could only be one winner for last months’ award.

CLIENT OF THE MONTH

March’s client of the month is a very late one due to this person being on holiday!!

It’s Hayley Ladbury

Hayley hasn’t done anything particularly outrageous this month. She continues to do everything she always does. Week on week. Month on month. And I feel she has been consistent for a long enough period now for it to be recognised!

She is a busy working mum, yet never misses her sessions. She makes time, plans her time well.

Shes really started to push her running too - now doing regular 10ks every single week without fail with her friend who she inspires to go running with her too

She always gives 100% to every session, always fills out TrueCoach properly with feedback on how each session is going and engages with all the coaching resources available to her

She’s a fantastic example as to how you always have time, you MAKE time and prioritise things if they’re important to you
