January 2022 - Annabel Miller

Since the start of the year Annabel has:

  • Really taken ownership of her accountability; she’s been coming to spin classes and body pump classes in her own time, hitting 10k walks (scroll to take a look at her Humber Bridge hike), eating intuitively which works for her and her relationship with food

  • She’s been coming to the gym four times per week

  • She even cycles to the gym too! In fact, one day this month, she cycles to the gym, did a spin class with me, then did a leg day with me, then cycled home!

  • She has managed to find a routine that works for her, has kept to it and is continuing to feel more confident, feel positive and energised and get results! Annabel is now back at university, so is back being coached online by me now, and I am confident that these good habits she’s built up over the course of the last month she can develop and maintain whilst being at uni, as well as having a social life and enjoying the university lifestyle! It’s all about balance

Annabel is a joy to be around in the gym, a very funny and chatty client who used to be super shy so to see her come out of her shell more as each session progressed has been a lovely process!
