September 2022 - Abdulquadri Sotomiwa
Abdul has been balancing working out 3 x times per week with finishing his dissertation at university! This month he’s also been to his first social and met most of the team, he’s progressed insanely on bench press, squats and leg press.
Before working with me, Abdul had never set foot in a gym. He started benching four months ago, just the bar.
Now he benches 60kg for reps
Four months ago he was squatting just the bar very unevenly with heels coming off the floor!
Now he can squat comfortably 50kg with absolutely insane squat depth which even other clients / members have commented on!!
Leg press starting weight - 5kg per side
Leg press now - 50kg per side with great depth
Insane progress from Abdul, as well as losing inches off his stomach and hips but gaining across his chest and arms, which is what he wanted for his goals of fat loss and muscle gain!
