I’ve been working with Ella on an online basis since mid April.
Ella came to me, previously having had a bad relationship with food,
She previously ate less than 1,000 calories a day, worried she would gain weight
Was very de motivated in the gym, wanted to progress but didn’t know how
Restricting herself of foods she enjoys
Now? Things are very different for Ella. Since working with me she now:
Eats a healthy 2,100 calories per day that suits her lifestyle and goals
Has lost a total of 28.5 inches all across her body!! (Fucking badass btw)
Came to me deadlifting 50kg for 8 with a struggle and can now deadlift 85kg for three reps comfortably!
Has a much better relationship with food and does not restrict and eats foods she loves everyday!
Ella has made momental progress in a very short space of time!
