I’ve been working with Ella on an online basis since mid April.

Ella came to me, previously having had a bad relationship with food,

  • She previously ate less than 1,000 calories a day, worried she would gain weight

  • Was very de motivated in the gym, wanted to progress but didn’t know how

  • Restricting herself of foods she enjoys

Now? Things are very different for Ella. Since working with me she now:

  • Eats a healthy 2,100 calories per day that suits her lifestyle and goals

  • Has lost a total of 28.5 inches all across her body!! (Fucking badass btw)

  • Came to me deadlifting 50kg for 8 with a struggle and can now deadlift 85kg for three reps comfortably!

  • Has a much better relationship with food and does not restrict and eats foods she loves everyday!

Ella has made momental progress in a very short space of time!
