July 2021 - Helen Wright

Since starting with me Helen has:

  • Gone from struggling to lift a barbell in a squat position to pressing that same weight over her head for 20+ reps!

  • Improving her form on squats and lunges and her range of motion and mobility in most exercises!!

  • She has learnt a lot about fitness, training, types of training and how it effects the body - balancing diet and exercise balance and managing work life balance with exercise

  • She has recently started incorporating breakfasts into her routine after fasting til lunch for a long time, leaving her feeling more satisfied and with a better relationship with food!

  • She has also started to enjoy exercise more alongside her day to day life, even cycling to the office when she can’t work from home!

I have also enjoyed meeting Helen’s family, including her two daughters who are football mad, and have enjoyed many a football session with them in the garden after Helen’s sessions.

Helen lives a very hectic life, but still finds time to exercise in between her business meetings, admin tasks & being a mum! Even when it’s been pouring down we’ve taken to the conservatory or kitchen to carry out our sessions, Helen never makes excuses and she’s always willing to work hard.
