September 2021 - Megan Cooke

Meg has been working with me since May and having never stepped foot into a gym before, her progress has been phenomenal. In that time she has:

  • Gone from struggling to bench press the bar to now pressing 35kg

  • Deadlifting 100kg from the floor

  • A comfortable 50kg squat

  • Learning Olympic movements such as squat cleans and hang clean thrusters

  • Gone from using 6kg dumbbells to the 12s!!

Meg has a natural strength and has achieved a lot in a short space of time, including overcoming injuries but not giving up and continuing to adapt her training to meet the needs of her sports injury. A determined and reliable client, you should be happy with your progress and I think (????) she might even enjoy the gym now
