Ioana has been working with me since last November, so you might think, why now? Ioana won’t mind me saying, her journey with me hasn’t been straightforward. She’s struggled to get consistent. I set her a challenge in June to not miss a single gym session and to really start prioritising her gym sessions and tracking her food again to help her remain consistent.
Shes also dropped five pounds in the last month.
She’s adding in at least one run per week to her schedule
Managing her time a lot more effectively
Improving her relationship with food each day
