August 2021 - Emily Green

Emily came to me in May for some direction with her nutrition and exercise. A regular gym goer but only doing cardio and classes, Emily wasn’t seeing results. Since then, myself and Emily have had weekly / bi-weekly meetings to track progress. Emily has been amazing, she has taken everything on board I have said and put into action.

  • She has meal prepped

  • She’s started going into the weights room on her own and actually using the squat rack on her own, for the first time!!

  • She’s been mindful of her steps and making sure she gets her 10k in at the very least!

  • Has had various compliments off colleagues when she returned to school as a teacher saying how good she looks

  • Maintaining a sustainable routine now she is back at work by being realistic about what she can do. It’s not all or nothing. There’s so much more in between. She’s realised she can’t be doing six workouts a week like she was in the holidays but we’ve now found a balance that suits her lifestyle!

  • Now feeling comfortable wearing certain clothes and outfits on nights out that she didn’t want to wear or feel comfortable wearing before!! That’s progress

The one thing that makes me the most proud though is how Emily told me in our first ever consultation, how she had a wedding coming up where she was bridesmaid and she wanted to look good and feel good in this dress!! Well done on your work so far Emily, only more positives to come!!
