March 2022 - Katie Hargreaves

Katie has been working with me since last April, and has lost over 2 and a half stone in that time!!

She’s gone from not having a structure in the gym and just doing whatever she fancied, staying away from the weights area to squatting 70 kilos, finding a new love for upper body training and hitting the gym twice per week following full body splits prioritising compound movements

Katie has gone from being a size 22 to a size 16 and finally feeling more comfortable and confident in clothes!

She also scored her first try this year for @hulluni_womensrugbyunion and won “forward of the year” from her teammates recently

Recently she has really upped her game in the gym, putting in maximum effort into her sessions and actually becoming consistent

She’s contributed to the Facebook page regularly, encouraging others and welcoming others into the team

Becoming more accountable, sending me her steps and smashing lots of walks on strava!!
