Dio has been working with me since early Feb.

Since then he has drastically improved his upper body movements and the technique of his lower body lifts

February - one rep max bench press was 100 kg - NOW - he’s doing that for three reps

From 100kg on bench to 110kg for a one rep max

From 70kg overhead press to 80kg overhead press for a one rep max

From focusing on just powerlifting to learning all about different accessory movements for hypeteophy and now to focusing on strongman training, which includes log pressing, yoke walks, atlas stones and much more! Dio is a cheerful member of my client community too, having been the absolute life of the party when we went out last month, not only has he made so much progress in the gym, he’s an interactive member of the Facebook page, always engaging with posts and content!

His 1 rep max squat last month was 160kg, He’s now squatting 165kg for three reps
