Set the bench to between 30-45 degree angle
Set the cable to the highest setting for maximal range of motion
Set bench back around a bodylength from the cables again to get max ROM
Start with d handles palm facing upwards then rotate handles 45 degrees towards the body as you drive towards the hips
As you come back up, make sure you get the full stretch in the negative where the most muscle growth happens
