Since starting with me, Alicia has:

Completely changed her mentality and attitude towards exercise and fitness. She loves the gym, and loves training her upper body, something which she never had the confidence to do before!

  • Meal prep! Alicia tries to make the right choices and informed decisions with food, she uses her sundays to meal prep and get organised. Failure to prepare is preparing to fail after all! We don’t restrict her food, she keeps to her calories but enjoys a variety of good food!! There are no restrictions!

  • Lost over 5kg & over 4 1/2 inches off her waist and hips!!

  • She feels more confident in the gym, she is no longer self conscious, she is confident in the weights section on her own!

  • Noticeable upper body strength improvements, her family and friends have started to notice her weight loss too and the fact she is healthier, happier and has loads more energy

  • She is absolute pleasure to coach! She always sends across her feedback sheets, logs, step counts, food diaries and gives great feedback on workouts! Even with her increased demands in her new job, she is on it with her nutrition, goal setting and workouts...

I love her attitude, willingness to learn and change her lifestyle. Alicia has made sustainable lifestyle choices that I’ve no doubt she will continue to pursue throughout the rest of her life.
