How to Perform an Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
Some pointers:
Set the bench between a 30-45 degree angle. Any higher you will bias your delts more. Keep elbows tucked in and not too flared out, feet flat, core tight, arch your back by pushing your shoulders back and hips down. Counter contract lats as you drive dumbbells down past chest, then squeeze and drive the elbows up. Brace when performing the movement (big breath in, tighten stomach as you drive down, release and punch the breath out as you drive up…)
