How to Perform a Tricep Cable Crossover

Key tips:

  • Don’t allow your allows to come too far forwards. You’ll likely end up feeling this more in your shoulders

  • Make sure you bend the elbows, if you keep the elbows straight, especially on the way back in you’ll feel the movement more in your lats (scapula is attached to the triceps)

  • Elbows tucked in, extend until elbows are past the body. Then return back to starting point (elbows just above paralell, 90 degrees. )

  • Don’t actually cross the cables over. When you start to lose mechanical tension that’s when we re engage and push down
